- Payout & Tax: UPI ID, PAN, GSTIN, billing address (for payouts, invoicing, and tax compliance).
- Business Details (advertisers): legal name, contact person, registered address, business category.
- Demographics (optional): state, city, postal code, gender, education, profession.
- Support Content: messages, attachments, and other information you submit to our support channels.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Network: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS, language, referrer URL, approximate location (derived from IP).
- Usage & Interactions: pages viewed, features used, timestamps, ad/video viewing completion, question/answer interactions, and reward events.

C. Information from Third Parties
- Verification & fraud prevention partners (e.g., for PAN/UPI validation).
- Payment processors (limited transaction metadata—no full card details are stored by us).
- Advertising & analytics providers (aggregated reach and performance reports).
Sensitive Financial Identifiers: Where possible, we tokenize, mask, or hash UPI/PAN/GSTIN and restrict access on a need-to-know basis.
3. Why We Use Your Data (Purposes) & Legal Bases
- Provide the Services: account creation, login (including OTP), credit wallet, Q&A engagement flows, advertiser dashboards, payouts, and tax invoices.
- Operate Rewards & Payouts: calculate credits, enable redemptions, and transfer eligible amounts to your chosen payout method.
- Compliance & Record-keeping: KYC/AML, taxation, audits, responding to lawful requests.
- Security & Integrity: fraud detection, abuse prevention, enforcement of Terms, troubleshooting, and service monitoring.
- Personalization & Analytics: tailoring content and measuring ad performance while applying aggregation or pseudonymization where feasible.
- Marketing Communications: with your consent or where permitted by law; you may opt out anytime.
- Product Development: de-identified/aggregated analytics to improve features and user experience.
Legal Bases (where applicable): your consent; performance of a contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (balanced against your rights and expectations). Where required, we will seek explicit consent (e.g., certain cookies or marketing).
4. Children & Minimum Age
Our Services are intended for persons who meet the minimum age required by applicable law. In India, a child is under 18 years. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or participate in rewards without appropriate consent or legal basis. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
5. Your Choices & Privacy Rights
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze performance, and measure ad outcomes. - Service Providers/Processors: cloud hosting, analytics, payment/payout partners, KYC/verification vendors, customer support tools, email/SMS providers—under contracts requiring appropriate security and use restrictions.
- Advertisers & Measurement: aggregated or de-identified reports (e.g., total completed views, answer rates). We do not disclose your identity to advertisers without your consent.
- Corporate Transactions: merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy's safeguards.
- Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, property, or safety of WellGet, our users, or the public.
8. International Transfers
If we transfer personal data outside your country, we will rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses, contractual protections, or other lawful mechanisms) and take steps designed to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
9. Security
We implement organizational, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and risks, including encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable), access controls, network protections, and security testing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we maintain incident response procedures and will notify you and/or authorities where required by law.

11. Third-party Links, Ads & Social Features
Our Services may link to third-party sites, SDKs, or services (e.g., social sharing widgets). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; please review them. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, if changes are material, provide additional notice (e.g., in-app message or email). Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
13. Region-specific Information
India: You may contact our Grievance Officer listed above for questions or complaints. We will acknowledge and address grievances within timelines required by applicable law. Where required, we will obtain verifiable parental consent for processing a child's personal data or disable targeted advertising to children.
European Economic Area/UK: Where GDPR/UK-GDPR applies, our legal bases are described above. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced those interests against your rights and freedoms. Cross-border transfers rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
United States (including California): For California residents, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information, as well as limits on use/disclosure of sensitive information.
